ERP Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across our organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of ERP specialists, ensure seamless integration with business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, etc.).
• Oversee ERP governance, system upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to analyze requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.
• Train and mentor ERP team members and end-users.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support management decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary liaison with Oracle.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum +12 years of ERP experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications .
• Proven track record in ERP project management, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, Projects).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification is a plus.
