Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation, business process optimization, system configuration, user training, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP systems, business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement across Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Project Management functions.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Consulting
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Gap Analysis reports.
- Configure ERP modules according to business requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
Business Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Design and implement best-practice workflows.
- Develop SOPs and process documentation.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and ERP functionality.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates.
Training & Support
- Deliver end-user training and create training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Assist users with system adoption and change management initiatives.
Data Migration & Reporting
- Support data migration activities including data cleansing and validation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP modules.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure ERP processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain system documentation and audit records.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ERP certifications will be preferred.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 5–8+ years of ERP Functional Consulting experience.
- Proven experience in multiple ERP implementation projects.
- Experience with ERP systems such as ERPNext
