ERP Project Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Management Specialist to oversee the implementation, management, optimization and present Demo of our ERP system. This role combines technical ERP expertise with project management responsibilities to ensure successful ERP projects, process improvements, and seamless integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules to meet organizational requirements.
• Provide end-to-end support for ERP users, including troubleshooting and training.
• Collaborate with department heads to align ERP functionality with business processes.
• Monitor ERP system performance and implement upgrades and enhancements as needed.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage ERP-related projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior management.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP-driven automation and efficiency.
• Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and ERP best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP management, preferably with [SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Other ERP systems].
• Proven project management experience with successful ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
