Requirements:
- 1–3 years in project coordination or junior project management
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Comfortable working in evening/night shifts
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Basic understanding of APIs, frontend/backend concepts

Certifications like Scrum or PMP Foundation are a plus
- Assist in planning and executing software projects
- Coordinate tasks between development, design, and QA teams
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate when needed
- Support sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
