Job Overview

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable, results-driven EPC Operations Head – Solar Projects with 4–5 years of relevant experience to lead and manage end-to-end EPC operations for solar installations. This senior role is responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, quality execution, regulatory compliance, cost control, and overall project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) operations for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
• Oversee project planning, execution schedules, BOQs, budgets, and resource allocation
• Supervise system design, technical drawings, engineering approvals, and documentation
• Manage procurement of solar modules, inverters, structures, BOS, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with DISCOs, NEPRA, net metering, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate closely with sales, project managers, finance, and site execution teams
• Monitor and enforce quality standards, HSE compliance, and project timelines
• Control EPC costs to ensure project margins and profitability
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges efficiently
• Prepare and present EPC progress, performance, and risk reports to senior management
• Lead, train, evaluate, and mentor EPC engineers, supervisors, and site teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 4–5 years of proven experience in a senior EPC leadership role within the solar industry
• Strong knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid, and net metering solar systems
• Hands-on experience with DISCO approvals, inspections, and compliance processes
• Ability to manage multiple solar EPC projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, decision-making, coordination, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
