Job Purpose
To Lead & take responsibility in Successful migration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to Dynamics 365 along with additional duties listed below

Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Upgrade / Migration from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365
• Responsible to co-ordinate with Migrating Vendor ensuring tasks are carried out as per Project plan
- Take lead in periodical Project progress meeting and monitor the gaps and further actions for solution
- Ensure Cloud infrastructure, Devops are created without any risk of dependency of
Implementing Vendor
- Plan and co-ordinate for successful UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Ensure Integrations are working as expected
- Overall responsible for successful Migration from AX 2012 to D365
2. Implementation of CRM
• D365 migration project timeline is 6 months. Expectation is to implement CRM
parallel during this 6 months and ensure the Application is available to marketing team when we go live in
D365
- Involve in requirement gathering phase from Marketing department and prepare Functional Requirement
document (FRD) along with details of gaps and cor-ordinate with Technical team to develop required
reports
- CRM for Prime power has specific requirements related to their business and needs to be addressed
separately
3. City College School Information System Integration with D365
• City College will soon finalize a new School Information System (SIS) and this needs to be integrated with
Dynamics 365. Expectation is to work parallel and complete and be ready when we go live in D365
- Involve in requirement gathering Phase (FRD) and co-ordinate with Technical developer by providing FDD
(Functional Design Document)
- Ensure Integration is successful as per requirement and ready to use when we go live in D365
4. Field Service Management for Mirage
• To Implement Field Service Management Application during Migration time and ensure the application is
available when we go live in D365
- Prepare FRD Functional requirement and subsequent FDD for Technical developer to develop the Forms,
Reports Etc
- Standard Finance, Procurement modules will be implemented by Internal Functional Consultant
- Requirement gathering for Property management process is already and partially developed in AX 2012
- We need to complete development of Property management module along with required reports
5. Hire Fleet Status (HFS) Development for Prime Power
• Hire Fleet Status process is already Customized for Prime Power. They have additional requirement in
terms of Reports, workflow Approval Process for Estimation
- Transportation & Fuel Management process needs to be developed under HFS
- HSE requirements to track Safety training, tracking expiring passes etc needs to be developed
6. Changes in the Current Process
RJF Recruitment Justification Form needs to be digital through workflow and not manual.
- Requirement of easy budget validation during PR approval by Principals or process owners
- Any other enhancement requirement during D365 Migration
