Job Description: ERP Project Manager-Oracle NetSuite – (1 Year Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the phases of our Oracle NetSuite implementation within a manufacturing environment. This is a temporary 12-month contract position focused on delivering a successful ERP rollout across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project delivery, change management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on NetSuite experience.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage the remaining phases of the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales, Inventory, IT) and external NetSuite consultants to ensure project alignment with business needs.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed project plan, including tasks, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues to the ERP Steering Committee and executive leadership.
- Manage user training, testing, and cutover planning to support go-live and stabilization.
- Facilitate business process mapping and improvement workshops to align NetSuite with operational goals.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and system integrations.
- Manage post-go-live support and transition to internal business-as-usual ownership.
- Champion change management and user adoption strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager delivering full-cycle implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite, including core modules such as Financials, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of data migration, user training, testing, and go-live planning.
- PMP certification or similar project management credential preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive accountability across internal and external teams.
