Role Overview
ScaleUp Connect is hiring for a client seeking an energetic and customer-focused ERP Sales and Support Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both generating sales leads and providing post-sale support to ensure clients get the most value from the ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and qualifying leads.
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting and guiding clients in using the ERP system effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients in evaluating ERP solutions to match their business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth product implementation and issue resolution.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and provide insights for improving the product.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Level
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer support.
- Previous experience in ERP or software sales is a plus.

- ERP Software Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or Customer Support in Technology.
Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary Offered: PKR 50,000 to 80,000 (depending on experience and interview performance).
