We are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Consultant with a strong background in the ERP industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, or similar enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, mapping those needs to our solutions, and driving successful sales outcomes.

Salary: Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 (based on experience and qualifications).

Requirements:

  • Saudi Nationals Preferred.
  • English and Arabic are a must.
  • Engage with incoming customer inquiries and leads related to FirstBit’s products.
  • Actively develop the customer base by searching for and acquiring new customers.
  • Negotiate with clients both in the office and on customer premises, ensuring a win-win outcome.
  • Formulate compelling commercial offers and draft contracts that meet both client and company needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position FirstBit’s solutions in the market.
  • Gain a deep understanding of a company’s business strategy and how executive management delivers this strategy.
  • Identify key issues and challenges that inhibit the successful delivery of strategy and offer solutions.
  • Analyze core business processes and discuss potential improvements with clients.
  • Identify and map key executives and process owners to specific business areas within client organizations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred: experience in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, PaaS, FinTech, Automation, or related solutions and products.
  • Higher education in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Required 2+ years of experience in the KSA.
  • Demonstrated high performance and excellent results in previous roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive results.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer needs and develop effective working relationships.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • KSA driving license is preferable.
