  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions
  • Promote and sell ERP products to SMEs and enterprise-level clients
  • Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP modules
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential customers
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and pricing plans
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth closures
  • Handle client queries and provide basic pre-sales support
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally
  • Monitor market trends and competitor ERP offerings
  • Participate in marketing and lead-generation activities
  • Provide regular sales reports to management
