- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions
- Promote and sell ERP products to SMEs and enterprise-level clients
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP modules
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential customers
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and pricing plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth closures
- Handle client queries and provide basic pre-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitor ERP offerings
- Participate in marketing and lead-generation activities
- Provide regular sales reports to management
