Job Title: ERP Sales Manager
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required: 5–7 Years (ERP Industry Mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven ERP Sales Manager to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an ERP company and a strong track record in end-to-end ERP sales, lead conversion, and cold calling. This is a fully on-site role based in Indore, MP.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complete end-to-end ERP sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct cold calling and generate new business opportunities
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client business requirements and present suitable ERP solutions
- Prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in ERP sales
- Must have prior working experience in an ERP company (mandatory)
- Proven track record of lead conversion and revenue generation
- Strong experience in cold calling and direct sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Good knowledge of the local market in Indore / MP region

Pay: ₹12,812.65 - ₹70,000.00 per month
