Job Title: ERP Sales Manager

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Work Mode: On-site (No Work From Home Option)
Experience Required: 5–7 Years (ERP Industry Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven ERP Sales Manager to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an ERP company and a strong track record in end-to-end ERP sales, lead conversion, and cold calling. This is a fully on-site role based in Indore, MP.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete end-to-end ERP sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct cold calling and generate new business opportunities
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client business requirements and present suitable ERP solutions
  • Prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in ERP sales
  • Must have prior working experience in an ERP company (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of lead conversion and revenue generation
  • Strong experience in cold calling and direct sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-driven personality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Good knowledge of the local market in Indore / MP region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,812.65 - ₹70,000.00 per month
