Odoo Sales Specialist
to lead new business acquisition and drive ERP sales growth.

B2B software, SaaS, or ERP solution selling
, who can identify client needs, conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, and close deals with clear scope alignment.
The Odoo Sales Specialist will manage the
full sales cycle
— from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, and smooth handover to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and inbound leads.

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, challenges, and ERP requirements.

Map business needs to relevant Odoo modules and define clear project scope, assumptions, and exclusions.

Deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations and prepare structured commercial proposals aligned with delivery feasibility.

Manage the full sales cycle, including objection handling, negotiation, and contract closure.

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and follow-up discipline.

Ensure seamless handover to implementation teams with clear documentation of scope and client commitments.
Requirements

2-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or ERP solution sales.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience presenting and demonstrating enterprise software solutions.

Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR.

Familiarity with the ERP implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live).

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM).

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Additional Advantages

Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).

Odoo Functional Certification is a strong asset
