ERP Sales Specialist

Archer Solutions is seeking a results-driven Odoo Sales Specialist to lead new business acquisition and drive ERP sales growth.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with experience in B2B software, SaaS, or ERP solution selling , who can identify client needs, conduct discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, and close deals with clear scope alignment.

The Odoo Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, and smooth handover to the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client operations, challenges, and ERP requirements.
  • Map business needs to relevant Odoo modules and define clear project scope, assumptions, and exclusions.
  • Deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations and prepare structured commercial proposals aligned with delivery feasibility.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including objection handling, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and follow-up discipline.
  • Ensure seamless handover to implementation teams with clear documentation of scope and client commitments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or ERP solution sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating enterprise software solutions.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and HR.
  • Familiarity with the ERP implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo CRM).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Additional Advantages

  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
  • Odoo Functional Certification is a strong asset
