ERP Senior Specialist – Odoo

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist (Odoo) to take full ownership of the Odoo system, including installation, configuration, customization, backup management, user training, and ongoing support. The specialist will ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and aligns with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odoo Installation & Deployment
• Install, configure, and deploy Odoo on server or cloud environments.
• Manage system upgrades and version updates.
• System Customization & Configuration
• Customize Odoo modules, workflows, and business logic to meet company requirements.
• Modify views, reports, and access rights.
• Integration
• Integrate Odoo with existing databases, systems, and third-party applications using APIs.
• Backup & Maintenance
• Implement and manage regular system backups.
• Monitor system performance, security, and stability.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Perform functional and technical testing before and after deployment.
• Ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• User Training & Support
• Prepare user manuals and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for employees.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support.
• Business Analysis
• Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP solutions and improvements.
• Documentation
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

· Experience not less than 5 years in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP.

· Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, experience with Python (Odoo customization).

· Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Database or Microsoft 365.

· ERP reporting and dashboard creation.

· Odoo Certification or similar ERP certifications.
