ERP Software Sales Executive

Job Title:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ERP Software Sales Executive to promote and sell ERP software solutions to businesses across various industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product presentations, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
• Meet potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and direct visits.
• Conduct ERP product demonstrations and presentations.
• Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable ERP modules.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Coordinate with the technical and implementation team for project discussions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally.
• Provide after-sales coordination and customer support assistance.
• Stay updated with ERP market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software or ERP sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
