About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Executive with strong experience in ERP solutions and excellent Arabic communication skills. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be based in GCC and Arabic Speaking countries and familiar with the local business environment, sales practices, and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the ERP ecosystem, identifies business pain points, and presents tailored solutions to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close ERP software sales opportunities in the GCC markets.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations for prospects.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of mid–large enterprise clients across sectors.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, functionality, and use cases.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
  • Stay updated on competition, market trends, and industry developments in KSA.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions (virtual meetings, emails, calls).

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in ERP sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural norms.
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales — lead generation to closing.
  • Ability to conduct online demos and manage remote sales workflows.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with ERP products such as Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, SAP B1, Frappe/ERPNext, or similar.
  • Experience selling to sectors like Retail, Healthcare, F&B, Manufacturing, Trading, or Services.
  • Existing network of business owners, CFOs, or IT decision-makers in KSA.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).

Location & Work Setup

  • Remote role
  • Candidate must be based in GCC or other Arabic Speaking Countries.
  • Fixed hours, but must align availability with GCC business timings.
