ERP Specialist (with PMO Background)

Al `Ayn, United Arab Emirates

  • Provide support for ERP Finance, HR, and SCM modules
  • Perform configurations and functional setups
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical team
  • Conduct user training and support UAT

Leverage PMO skills to:

o Track and report progress on enhancement requests and support activities

o Manage documentation, risks, and issues logs

o Coordinate project timelines and communicate with stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and change control processes
  • Stakeholder Communication: 90%+ satisfaction with coordination and communication
  • Change Compliance: 100% adherence to governance and approval processes


Reporting

  • Weekly alignment meetings with IT Head
  • Weekly alignment engagement meetings with MSP
  • Ad-hoc reporting upon request for critical issues or project escalations


KPIs

  • Functional Issue Resolution: 95% of issues resolved within SLA
  • UAT Coordination: 100% business sign-off before go-live
  • Documentation Quality: All configurations and changes properly documented
  • Project Tracking Accuracy: Weekly status reports delivered to Head of IT
  • Stakeholder Communication: 90%+ satisfaction with coordination and communication
  • Change Compliance: 100% adherence to governance and approval processes
