Erp stock and accountant

Key Responsibilities1. ERP & Stock Management

• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee warehouse movements, and ensure accurate valuation of goods within the ERP software.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling variances between physical stock and ERP data.
• Costing: Maintain standard costs for inventory, track landed costs, and analyze product margins.
• Workflow: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of incoming shipments and outgoing sales orders.

2. Core Accounting & Finance

• Transaction Processing: Post and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and sales receipts.
• Month-End Closing: Assist with general ledger entries, process bank reconciliations, and close inventory periods.
• Financial Reporting: Generate analytical reports to help management monitor profitability and control operational costs.
• Compliance: Ensure invoices match tax laws (such as UAE VAT) and support internal or external audit requirements.

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• System Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Tally).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track variances, identify discrepancies, and understand how stock movements impact the General Ledger.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
