Are you energized by improving how Supply Chain teams operate through better systems, stronger data, and more efficient processes? Join our team as an ERP Supply Chain Lead, where you will step into a high-impact role at the center of our ERP transformation, leading how supply planning, inventory, procurement, and distribution come to life in our systems. In this role, you’ll be a key member of a cross-functional team shaping how the business operates, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. From design through stabilization and beyond, you’ll drive adoption, elevate performance, and continuously improve how we deliver for our customers.
In parallel, this role will lead ongoing process and system improvements, identifying and executing opportunities to enhance Supply Chain efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and improve overall business performance.
This role is a hybrid position based in either DeForest, WI, USA or Nisku, AB, Canada, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, with regular presence required based on business needs. The schedule is Monday to Friday, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain.

Work Conditions
Work Environment:
Primarily office‑based, with regular collaboration across ERP Project Team, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Sales. The role requires frequent interaction with senior leaders and external partners, including Suppliers, ERP implementation Partners and Vendors.
Hours of Work:
This is a full‑time position typically working standard business hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support critical business deliverables, planning cycles, or major initiatives.
The role involves regular engagement with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners, including those across multiple time zones.
Travel Requirements:
This position may be based in either Canada or the US, with occasional travel required to company facilities, customer meetings, conferences, or industry events within Canada and the United States. Estimated travel is 5–10%. A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
