ERP System Operator (Odoo / Similar) – Warehouse & Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ERP System Operator to manage warehouse operations and data entry using Odoo or similar ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily data entry and inventory updates in ERP system
• Manage warehouse stock, transfers, and tracking
• Work on inventory functions such as BOM (Bill of Materials), FIFO, stock movements, and reporting
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams
• Generate reports and assist in stock audits

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid 18 Ahli Visa (Kuwait)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ERP systems (Odoo preferred or similar)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management modules
• Good understanding of BOM, FIFO, and warehouse processes
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF conditions, MATCH, Pivot Tables)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
