- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical ERP solutions
- Hands-on configuration and development across multiple ERP modules, including but not limited to:
➢ Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
➢ HR (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service)
➢ SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics)
➢ Other modules such as Projects, Budgeting, or Maintenance
- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, workflows, and APIs
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Support patching, upgrades, and ERP integration with external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain technical documentation and change logs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Technical Delivery Coverage: Contribute to 3+ core ERP modules + at least 1 additional module
- Issue Resolution Time: 90% of issues resolved within 2 working days
- System Stability: Zero unplanned outages due to technical customizations
