ERP Training & Demo Content Specialist (FlairSuite ERP)

We are looking for a skilled ERP expert to join our team and create high-quality, easy-to-understand training content for our in-house ERP system, FlairSuite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing creative demo videos—complete with clear explanatory flow, on-screen guidance, and AI-generated voice-over—to help clients understand how to use each module effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Content Creation

• Develop structured demo videos for each module of FlairSuite ERP.
• Explain system features, workflows, and options in a simple, user-friendly manner.
• Use AI voice-over tools to add professional narration to videos.
• Design visually appealing and easy-to-follow screen recordings.

2. ERP Expertise

• Gain deep understanding of all FlairSuite modules, functionalities, and use cases.
• Translate complex ERP features into clear, simple instructions for non-technical users.
• Ensure all training materials accurately represent the system’s latest updates.

3. Creative Presentation

• Add graphics, highlights, callouts, and transitions to make videos engaging.
• Create step-by-step walkthroughs, best-practice tips, and quick-reference clips.
• Maintain a consistent training style and branding across all content.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Update training videos based on system changes or client feedback.
• Suggest improvements in how we communicate ERP processes to clients.
• Work with product and support teams to ensure training accuracy and relevance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: BD30.000 - BD60.000 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
