Job Title: Senior Sales Director - ERP Solutions

Location: Dubai

Reporting To: President ERP

Experience: 12-18 years in enterprise software sales (ERP focus)

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, results driven Senior Sales Director to lead ERP solutions sales across APAC, MENA and India. This senior leadership role drives new business acquisition, deepens client relationships and achieves ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end to end sales cycle for ERP solutions from opportunity identification to deal closure and handover to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C level stakeholders, positioning Azentio's ERP solutions as the preferred choice.
  • Collaborate with Pre Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals.
  • Develop and execute a territory/account strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities through direct engagement, partnerships, events and referrals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, activity reports and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes affecting the ERP landscape.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to capability building.
Key Requirements
  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on ERP products (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor or similar).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules - Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and HR.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as required.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing or Public Sector.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or cloud ERP platforms.
  • Existing CxO network across the region.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
