Required Experience
6+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and architecture experience.
Deep knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Proven success implementing or extending NetSuite WMS for multi-location warehouse environments.
Strong understanding of inventory, order management, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, Celigo, Boomi, or equivalent middleware tools.
Ability to translate functional requirements into modular, maintainable system designs.

Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer II or ERP Consultant certification.
Experience with RF/barcode tools such as RF-Smart or NextService.
Exposure to omni-channel commerce or multi-warehouse retail systems.
Hands-on knowledge of Git, version control, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with release orchestration, testing automation, and change control processes.

An execution-focused problem solver who maintains balance between speed and quality.
A communicator who documents clearly, mentors peers, and aligns teams across geographies.
A collaborative leader who raises technical standards and influences by impact.

What You’ll Get
A core founding role in a high-visibility ERP engineering hub in Bangalore.
Full ownership of ERP and WMS architecture across a multi-country commerce ecosystem.
A chance to shape technical vision, processes, and team culture from the ground up.
Cross-functional collaboration with global technology and operations leaders.
Participation in scaling next-generation fulfillment systems that power diverse business verticals.
A fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on meaningful product impact.
