ERP/MRP System Coordinator

This position is responsible for the support and administration duties related to ERP/MRP software. Provides daily support for the operational needs of the system and users. Investigates ideas to optimize and standardize the software deliverables within the business. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in ERP systems management and manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support inventory management processes including cycle counts, stock level monitoring, and material availability tracking

· Perform daily system transactions including data entry for sales orders, production demands, inventory adjustments, and maintaining inventory accuracy

· Create and maintain part numbers, BOMs, BOOs, and related master data with high accuracy

· Generate and analyze manufacturing metrics and reports to support decision-making

· Assist with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity

· Serve as a point of contact for system questions and issues, coordinating resolution with the Manufacturing Engineer, IT, and vendors as needed

· Develop and maintain SOPs and provide basic user training and support on ERP/MRP functionality

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain to support process improvements

· Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for system optimization

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in the commercial/industrial/manufacturing industry

· 1+ years of working with ERP or MRP systems

· Ability to handle multiple priorities

· Exceptional skills in time management, organization and attention to detail

· Must have strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel

· Must have good written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, and vendors

Pay: $53,371.23 - $64,275.03 per year
