Job Description

HBCS Pvt. Limited is seeking an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, design, and consulting of ERPNext across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a consultant-level professional with strong ERPNext expertise, capable of coordinating with developers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and design ERPNext workflows
• Configure ERPNext modules according to organizational needs
• Coordinate with developers/programmers for system customization
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
• Ensure system optimization and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERPNext Functional / Implementation Consultant
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ERPNext modules and system design
• Experience working on ERPNext implementation projects
• Ability to collaborate with developers and technical teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERPNext customization and consulting
• Understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Operations)
• Prior ERP consulting experience
