ES Projects & Service Transition Senior Leader.Enterprise Security

Job Purpose

Handle programs/projects management scope across the Enterprise Security Department along with
Enterprise Security Changes which includes programs, projects and changes in response to different
demands from Security, Commercial, Technical, IT, Finance, HR and administration

Report To Position Name

Handle programs/projects management scope and changes across the Enterprise Security
department which includes programs, projects and changes in response to different demands from
Security, IT, Commercial, Technical, and administration. Participate in the kick off planning for
assigned programs and projects to communicate program/projects objectives and announce
initiation. Raise visibility of the program performance to superiors and peers through reporting of
program progress, risks, issues, conflicts. Work across practice to share lessons learned and best
practices

Qualifications:
Essential
University degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent degree. - Excellent in Arabic & English
(Reading, Writing & Oral). - Knowledge with Cybersecurity / Project Management /
Process improvement. - Excellent Computer skills, MS office, MS Project - Excellent PM
skills.
Desirable
Knowledgeable with one or more of the IT delivery / operational basic processes,
improvement framework, example: CMMI, RUP, ITIL, SIX Sigma. - A progressive level of
experience in management and leadership roles. - MBA /Master degree in related
IT/Business domains
Experience:
Essential
Minimum 7 years of experience - Minimum 4 years of demonstrated PM track
Desirable
Minimum 3 years Telecom experience
