Job Brief

We are looking for an Experienced Accountant – Escrow Account Administrator to join our team immediately. You must have minimum 3 years working experience with Dubai Real Estate Development Company.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities

• Managing Escrow accounts, investor funds allocation / reconciliation of payment plan etc.
• Proficient user of DLD portal Naqoodi, Oqood and TAS.
• Ensure TAS (Trust Accounting system) is updated regularly and periodic reconciliation is conducted with the bank balances.
• Ensure Escrow Account management in compliance with RERA regulation and periodic RERA audit.
• Excellent knowledge about the rules and regulations relating to ESCROW Account.
• Must be familiar with all activities related to the sale/purchase of properties (issuing SPA, payment plan etc).

Skills Required

· Good Knowledge of MS Excel and EMPS.

· Excellent working experience in AP/AR, managing all accounting transactions.

Minimum Qualifications / Education

· ACCA or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Minimum Experience

· 3 years’ Experience in Accounting role

Working hours

· 9AM – 6.30PM Monday to Friday

· Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina

Language Requirement

· Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Accounting Experience with a Dubai Real Estate Developer ? (Required)
• Experience of DLD Portals like Naqoodi, Oqood and TAS? (Required)
• Escrow Account Management Experience as per RERA regulations (Required)
