Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage escrow files from receipt of contract to post-closing
• Review contracts, lender instructions, title commitments, and closing documents
• Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures and settlement statements
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, realtors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
• Schedule closings
• Disburse funds accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction

Qualifications

• Escrow or title closing experience required
• Experience with title/escrow software SoftPro preferred
• Strong knowledge of TRID and Closing Disclosure balancing
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Notary Public (or ability to obtain) preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
