ESG Coordinator - QHSE

Key Responsibilities:
Environment & Energy Performance Reporting:
Monthly collation of Environment and Energy data from all projects and factories
Review and cleansing of data
Raise case where anomalies or exceptions are identified
Preparation of monthly E&E dashboard
Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and annual performance report
Monthly performance dashboard meeting
Submission of performance reports to legal authorities and clients/ consultants
Support ONE Management System
Initiative Management ECOVADIS ESG Criteria
Compliance: Management of ESG Improvement
Action plan for effective close out all High and Medium Actions as per set criteria
Maintain Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 data for all factories and projects
Data management in compliance with ISO 14001 requirements Periodic Stakeholders Progress Meeting Management of HSE Risk and Impact Assessment Library
Annual preparation and submission of ESG Assessment for all applicable BUs.

Experience
1-2 years of experience.
Awareness of ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001/ 50001
Awareness of ESG requirement
Proficiency with use of computer systems, Microsoft Office tools and Power BI
Attention-to-detail
