Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online English lessons to children, teenagers, or adults.
• Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary based on each student's level.
• Prepare students for academic, professional, or conversational English goals.
• Personalize lessons according to each student's learning needs.
• Encourage student participation and create an enjoyable learning experience.
• Record lesson notes and student progress after each session.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional online teaching environment.
• Communicate professionally with the academic team when needed.
• Follow Tlangu's teaching standards and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field preferred).
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience teaching English online or in person is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and webcam.

Preferred Experience

• Teaching ESL/EFL learners.
• Teaching children or adults.
• One-on-one online tutoring.
• Lesson planning and student assessment.
• Experience with interactive online teaching tools.
