Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students’ age, level, and background
• Lead interactive activities to improve reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet different learning styles
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
• Teach online classes in multiple formats: 25-, 15-, and 7-minute sessions
• Incorporate digital tools to engage students and enhance learning
• Follow company teaching guidelines and complete administrative tasks accurately

Applicants who do not meet ALL of the following requirements will be immediately rejected.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Must be a citizen of the U.S., Canada, or the U.K.
• Stable landline or Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi only not acceptable)
• Working headset with microphone (no earbuds)
• Professional workspace with clean, appropriate background
• Valid identification (Passport or Driver’s License)
• Must maintain professional demeanor and attire during classes
• Teaching experience (homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring) preferred but not required
• ESL certifications a plus but not mandatory

• Ability to create a supportive, interactive, and motivating learning environment
• Confident in delivering clear, well-structured lessons
• Comfortable managing classrooms and guiding student behavior
• Experienced in teaching beginner-level students with adaptable, student-centered methods

Schedule

• PM Shift: 18:00 – 24:00 KST (05:00 – 11:00 AM EST)
• Minimum four-hour block shifts, five days per week (Monday–Friday)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
