ESM ITAM Lead Consultant

Experience Required :  Proven experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management.  Hands-on experience in generating and analyzing Effective License Position (ELP) reports.  Proficiency in Flexera SAM tools and operations. Technical Skills:  Strong understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.  Experience with SAM tools, particularly Flexera, for managing software assets.  Familiarity with software licensing models (e.g., subscription-based, perpetual licensing).  Good Hands-on practice in Excel, PowerPoint Publisher Skills :  Tier 1 Publisher : Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Adobe, SAP(any 2-3)  Tier 2 Publisher : Autodesk, Broadcom, RedHat Soft Skills:  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
