Esports - Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Leadership

Lead and motivate players to perform at their best in tournaments and scrims. Schedule and supervise training sessions, strategy discussions, and performance reviews. Foster a positive and professional team culture focused on discipline, teamwork, and growth.

2. Coordination & Communication

Serve as the main point of contact between players, coaches, and management. Coordinate participation in tournaments, events, and scrimmages. Communicate sponsor and brand requirements to the team.

3. Player Development

Identify player strengths and weaknesses to optimize roster and roles. Support new player onboarding and mentorship programs. Ensure players maintain professionalism both online and offline.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in esports management, coaching, or team operations.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of esports titles such as Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends, or CS2. Experience with match analysis tools and streaming platforms.

Other Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
