Estate Planning Attorney - Partner

About Us:
Standard Title & Escrow, a trusted name in Arizona's real estate industry, is expanding into the legal sector with plans to establish a subsidiary law firm specializing in estate planning. We are seeking a highly skilled, entrepreneurial-minded Estate Planning Attorney to join as a partner in this exciting venture. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new firm while leveraging the strong reputation and client base of Standard Title & Escrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Standard Title & Escrow leadership to establish and launch the new estate planning law firm.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents.
• Advise clients on wealth preservation, tax planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Ensure full compliance with Arizona's legal and ethical requirements for law firm operations.
• Collaborate with Standard Title & Escrow to build a robust referral network and develop marketing strategies to attract clients.
• Oversee day-to-day legal operations and contribute to long-term growth and vision for the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.
• Proven track record of client engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to help build a law firm from the ground up.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business law or real estate law is a plus.
• Established network of professional contacts in Arizona.
• Prior experience managing or co-owning a law firm is highly desirable.
