Job Summary

Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Perform advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and tattoo removal with precision and care.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin types and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their at-home routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage in social media management by posting updates, promotions, and responding to client inquiries to grow our online presence.
• Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing bookings, and providing excellent guest services.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, hair styling, nail care, barbering, and med spa treatments to offer innovative services.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state law.
• Hands-on experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser therapy, Botox injections, and tattooing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and retail sales management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
• Experience with social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
