Beauty Logic Med Spa is looking for a passionate and experienced CA Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. Our spa focuses on science-based skincare, advanced treatments, and a warm European-inspired wellness experience. We are looking for someone who truly loves skincare, enjoys working with clients, and wants to grow together with a new med spa from the beginning.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, strong hands-on facial skills, and a deep understanding of skin health, ingredients, and modern aesthetic devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Conduct professional skin consultations and create treatment plans
• Analyze skin using professional skin analysis devices
• Perform chemical peels within esthetician scope of practice
• Perform hydrodermabrasion and other advanced facial treatments
• Perform facial massage techniques including sculpting and buccal massage
• Perform body contouring treatments using aesthetic devices
• Educate clients about skincare routines and product ingredients
• Recommend professional skincare products and home care regimens
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow sanitation and safety protocols
• Provide exceptional client care and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Active California Esthetician License
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an esthetician
• Strong facial massage skills (including sculpting or buccal techniques)
• Experience with hydrodermabrasion devices
• Experience with body contouring technologies
• Experience performing chemical peels
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients and professional product lines
• Experience performing skin consultations and treatment planning
• Comfortable using skin analysis devices
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and skin physiology
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Experience with lymphatic drainage techniques

Preferred

• Experience with medical-grade skincare brands
• Passion for holistic and results-driven skincare

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
