Esthetician

Advanced Skin & Vein Care Centers is seeking a skilled and personable Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Kentucky aesthetician license, strong communication skills, and excellent scheduling and organizational abilities. Experience with medical laser treatments is preferred, and a background in cosmetic product sales is highly recommended. This role requires a passion for skincare, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skincare procedures.

Provide personalized skincare consultations and develop customized treatment plans for patients.

Educate patients on available treatments, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care.

Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate and organized patient records and treatment notes.

Operate and assist with medical laser treatments (if trained and certified).

Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products based on patient needs and goals.

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and state board regulations.

Collaborate with physicians and other team members to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

Valid Kentucky Aesthetician License (required).

Experience with medical laser treatments (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients.

Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities to manage appointments efficiently.

Sales experience in cosmetic or medical-grade skincare products (highly recommended).

Passion for aesthetics and a desire to stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Ability to work in a team environment and provide outstanding patient care.
