Position Overview:

As a member of our team, you’ll get hands-on training in all of our services, helping you become an expert in everything we offer with 1-on-1 training. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where everyone plays an important role in ensuring our clients have the best experience possible.

Job Responsibilities (during training period):

• Assist with general studio duties including answering calls, greeting clients, and keeping the studio clean and organized.
• Work closely with experienced beauty professionals to support them during services, while gaining practical knowledge.
• Complete training in a variety of services like threading, sugaring, dermaplaning, product knowledge, brow tinting, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
• Learn the Circadia brand through online modules, so you can use their products confidently and effectively.

Training and Compensation:

• During Training, You’ll receive an hourly wage of $10/hr, where you’ll take on general duties and assist with services.
• Once training is complete, you will transition to a Commission based pay as you gain clientele.
• When you have a higher booking percentage, we will schedule set hours and transition you to an hourly based pay structure of $18 / Hour.
• You will receive tips and 20% retail comission.
• You’ll get hands-on experience with each service, learning the techniques that set us apart.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Esthetics License
• Strong interest in beauty and a passion for learning new skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in beauty services is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks (answering phones, scheduling, etc.).
• Must be comfortable with cleaning and maintaining a tidy studio.
