Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate ethetician to join our beautiful salon with a convenient location. In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, personalized consultations, and a variety of beauty services designed to enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your energetic approach and commitment to exceptional guest experiences will help foster a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered.

• Perform professional skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Deliver specialized services including eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, hair styling, makeup application, and hair extensions.
• Conduct consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments or products, and educate clients on skincare routines.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products through demos, upselling relevant services, and educating clients on product benefits.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to proper sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of guest service and satisfaction at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology with a strong understanding of skin care principles and treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong sanitation practices aligned with industry standards to ensure client safety and hygiene.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes while maintaining professionalism online.
• Experience in body waxing, hair styling (including hair threading), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and barbering is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
