Esthetician

Korra Aesthetics, a boutique medical spa in Miami, is seeking a licensed Facial Specialist / Esthetician to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. We are looking for a skincare professional who is experienced with results-driven facials, lash services, and medical-grade skincare products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, recommending treatments and products, and delivering high-quality skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized and advanced facial treatments and skin consultations
• Perform lash extensions and lash lifts
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Perform medical grade chemical peels
• Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Upsell appropriate treatments and retail products when beneficial
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow sanitation protocols
• Deliver a professional and welcoming client experience

Requirements

• Active Florida Facial Specialist / Esthetician License
• Experience performing facials and skincare treatments
• Ability to perform lash extensions and lash lifts
• Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines preferred
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Must be able to provide schedule availability in advance

Schedule

• Part-time or per diem
• Must have daytime availability during regular business hours

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Service commission
• Retail commission
• Upselling commission opportunities
