We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare, body treatments, and beauty services that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise in esthetic treatments, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel pampered and valued.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion.
• Provide expert consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products to enhance their natural beauty.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling skincare lines, and educating clients on home care routines.
• Engage actively in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our online community.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate with team members for ongoing training in management practices and new treatment protocols to enhance overall salon performance.Experience
• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state law.
• Hands-on experience with advanced treatments such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards across all esthetic services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
