Requirements:

- Must be available Thursday, Friday some EVENINGS & Saturdays

- Experienced, Independant ONLY

-Gentle, soothing touch solid skill set

-Ability to make recommendations after skin assessment

-MUST have your own product line

- Provide esthetician services to clients, predominantly facials! Some waxing and body treatments
- Ability to assess client skincare needs and provide recommendations. Provide appropriate treatments
- Perform skin analysis and develop personalized skincare regimens
- Educate clients on skincare products and homecare routines
- Maintain an impeccably clean and sanitary work environment
- Upsell additional services and retail products to clients
- Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction

Skills:

- Sales experience

-Independant performer!

-Team player, well organized, work with LMT's

- Strong organization

-Passion for Esthetics
- Strong sales skills to upsell services and retail products
- Proficient in social media management for marketing purposes
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
-Computer, front desk or reception ability
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
