Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team! As an Esthetician, you will provide personalized consultations, perform a variety of esthetic services, and promote our product offerings through engaging demonstrations. Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, laser skin treatments, and nail care.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols.
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and treatment benefits to support upselling efforts.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after results, and engage with our online community.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and managing client inquiries.
• Support the team with retail sales by recommending products aligned with client needs and preferences.
• Stay current on industry trends such as med spa treatments, hair styling techniques, tattooing, hair extensions, color theory, straight razor shaving, nail art, and advanced esthetic laser treatments.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser therapy or body waxing.
• Strong management skills to handle scheduling and client flow efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Previous med spa experience or hospitality background is advantageous.

Pay: $24.52 - $29.52 per hour
