We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and medical aesthetic services. Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and chemical peels
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon software (Zenoti) for appointment scheduling, client records, and billing.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, offer special promotions, and foster brand loyalty.
• Provide excellent guest services by ensuring client comfort, addressing inquiries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, check-ins, and payment processing.
• Support management in daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license or Esthetician certification from an accredited program.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all procedures.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Skills in social media management for marketing purposes are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
