Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser skin therapies with precision and professionalism
• Provide advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, hair styling, makeup application, and hair extensions to meet diverse client needs
• Administer specialized procedures like botulinum toxin treatments and esthetic laser treatments to enhance skin health and appearance
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software platforms for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by following proper hygiene protocols during all treatments to ensure client safety
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships
• Assist at the front desk with appointment bookings, check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
• Upsell additional services or products confidently while ensuring client satisfaction and safety standards are upheld

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments or massage therapy are a plus
• Proven experience in esthetic procedures including facials, waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body treatments
• Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and skincare routines effectively
• Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is preferred
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety during all procedures
• Experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings enhances your candidacy
• Skilled in nail care, makeup application, hair styling, hair threading, barbering or tattooing is advantageous
• Demonstrated management skills for overseeing treatment rooms or team coordination is desirable
