Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable skincare or cosmetic solutions.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as square or MINDBODY to maximize client flow.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
• Upsell products and services through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Handle front desk duties including greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with clients online to build community loyalty.
• Stay current on industry trends such as hair extensions, tattooing, hair threading, makeup application, and med spa treatments to provide innovative solutions.
• Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and offering tailored recommendations aligned with their skincare routines.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong management skills for scheduling, client relations, and retail sales strategies.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms like square or MINDBODY for appointment management.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster a welcoming environment.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, deep tissue massage, body waxing, hair styling, nail care, hair threading, straight razor shaves, and scalp treatments.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure safety standards are consistently met.
• Experience in social media management for marketing promotions and client engagement.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences.
