Qualifications

• Esthetician license or cosmetology license with waxing (required)
• Experience in waxing and beauty industry required
• Certified spray tan artist (preferred)
• Certified in sugaring waxing (preferred)
• Certified in brow tinting and laminations (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in recommending services, memberships, and retail products
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Experience with social media or content creation is a plus
• 2 recent professional references

Availability

• Flexible as we have multiple positions open
• Prioritizing: weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday), evening especially Thursday and Friday availability (4-9 pm)

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury sugar waxing and spray tanning services consistent with Baked Sunless standards.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by creating a welcoming, confident, and professional environment
• Educate clients on proper pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and long-lasting outcomes
• Confidently recommend and sell memberships, packages, and retail products to enhance client results and support business growth
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing salon environment
• Adapt quickly to new services, protocols, and business needs as the salon continues to expand
• Post consistently on social media to help build social media presence (at least 3 posts and 5 stories per week)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
