Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to enhance client appearances.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and proper sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide excellent guest services by communicating effectively, understanding client preferences, and creating a positive experience from check-in to checkout.
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with clients online to boost our digital presence.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetician services including facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Knowledge of salon software systems such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes and client engagement.
• Deep understanding of sanitation practices aligned with industry standards to ensure safety compliance.
• Ability to perform specialized services like tattooing (if certified), hair extensions, hair styling, makeup application, straight razor shaving, nail care, and med spa treatments.
• Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling products and service packages to enhance client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup artistry and aesthetic enhancements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.84 - $50.00 per hour
