1099 Independent Contractor Position

Commission-based: 30%–35% per service (based on experience) + upgrades and gratuity Facial services range from $100–$175+

The Gem Massage & Aesthetics is a boutique wellness space focused on personalized care, thoughtful treatments, and a refined client experience. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Aesthetician who enjoys their craft and takes pride in delivering customized skincare treatments that help clients look and feel their best.

This role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail, enjoys working with clients, and approaches their work with professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client’s skin concerns and goals
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and select appropriate products and techniques for each treatment
• Provide exfoliation treatments such as enzymes and other skin-renewing techniques
• Perform extractions when appropriate
• Incorporate relaxing facial, neck, and shoulder massage into treatments
• Use professional facial equipment such as hydrodermabrasion or similar advanced facial tools
• Educate clients on proper home skincare and recommend products that support treatment results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Contribute to a respectful and supportive team atmosphere

Qualifications

• Licensed Facial Specialist / Aesthetician in the state of Florida
• Hands-on experience performing facials and skincare treatments preferred
• Strong understanding of skin health, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Someone who genuinely enjoys skincare and takes pride in their work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a shared professional environment

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
