Compensation

• $20/hour base pay
• + 10% commission on services and product sales
• Performance-driven growth opportunities

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Educate clients on customized treatment plans and homecare regimens
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products to support client results
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Stay current on new treatments, technologies, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with providers to deliver comprehensive, multi-modality treatment plans
• Uphold spa standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and client experience

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and client results
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Sales-minded with a focus on client education and retention
• Team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Experience with medical-grade skincare and advanced treatments preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
